With
its growing economy, low cost of
living and relatively low
housing costs, San Antonio,
Texas is a growing, affordable
place to live, allowing
homeowners all the benefits of a
metropolitan city, without the
overbearing costs. The housing
bubble may be bursting
elsewhere, but San Antonio
remains a seller's market. Sale
prices of existing homes climbed
9 percent in the first quarter
of 2006, compared with the same
quarter in 2005, according to a
report released by the San
Antonio Board of Realtors'
Multiple Listing Service.
Part of Josh’s goal is to
educate both buyers and sellers
about the market by giving them
enough information to be
comfortable with their decision.
There's a lot that goes into
this major decision to buy or
sell, and a good agent helps
clients sift through all the
information.
Josh's
background is primarily from his
time serving in the US Army as
an Infantry Officer for almost
10 years. He and his wife
Rebecca and their three boys
moved to San Antonio in August
of 2002 due to a military
re-assignment and have called it
home ever since.
Gaining
the trust, return business, and
especially the friendship of
each client is Josh's goal in
every transaction. He looks
forward to working with you.
